Energy Routines I have fallen in love with

….and you might, too

First of all: why do we need energy routines at all?

Maybe, you think, that is not necessary…..just another thing to think of, another practice that you should do but, in the hustle of daily life, will eventually forget.

For me, it is the exact opposite. These energy practices add so many benefits to my life that I am not seeing them as “just another thing to do”. They are laying the ground for easy, joyful days where I feel in control of my life, in charge of the way my days are going - or, at least, getting back on track if something isn’t going my preferred way.

With these energy routines I feel a lot more like me, a lot more authentic and empowered.



But how?

Let’s just take any normal day as an example. Something stressful, annoying, unideal happened and you might feel tension about it. Maybe your boss didn’t appreciate your work but instead humiliated you in for too your colleagues. There is a good change you now feel angry, sad, low.

And it might often feel so much easier to stay in a negative emotion, just because we already gained so much momentum there. But from my experience, it’s still not worth it. Yes, it really can be easier to not make the effort and get back into alignment, but in the longer run it is just counterproductive. And hurtful.

In our example that would you replaying this conversation with you boss again and again in your mind, while throughout your day, many other things are going wrong. You might loose your keys, being late for the next meeting, missing the bus….whatever mood you are in will be reflected back to you.

So, below, I have listed some of my all-time favorite energy routines that are helping me out of a rut -always.

And the best thing is: by doing then BEFORE anything else, a.k.a. as a morning routine, you most likely will not encounter so many unpleasant experiences at all.

Or, if you still stumble across something not so ideal: you will have a much easier time to NOT be upset about it. And letting it go immediately.

Sounds to good to be true?

Maybe, but it still can be true.

And this is why:

As we are part of this wonderful universe made entirely of one thing: energy

we, too, are made out of energy.



And the way we think, feel and act is determining what vibration our physical body is in. And this vibration is again responsible for the frequency we send out and can attract back to us ( more details soon in a post about the law of vibration and attraction ).

So, more tangible: When you are feeling wonderful, because your sweetheart just said yes to your first date, you will radiate a very high frequency of joy, happiness, bliss, love - all these amazing emotions. And by law you are attracting back to you experiences that are matching this frequency. So your day will be quite nice, you will get the train although you are too late at the station, your boss gives you a little promotion, some stranger on the road smiles at you and gives you a compliment for your outfit…all this is rooted in the vibration you are sending out.

And the other way round, so a bad day is followed by even more unpleasant experiences - also known as Murphy’s law.

But now back to the energy routines: Those little actions are doing the following: you are becoming aware of the present moment while you do them, you are setting an intention for how you want to feel and how you want your day to unfold, you are claiming your power, you are aligning your energies, you are working with the universal laws ( not against them, like we so often are trained to operate ). Therefore, you clear up your vibration and are able to send out a higher frequency…which, again, attracts better experiences back to you.
