. What actions are not serving you? Those you list around the STOP Circle.

. Then think of habits you would like to have, things you would like to do on a daily basis. Those you list around the START Circle.

. And third: give yourself a pat on the back by listing those habits you already do that are good for you around the CONTINUE Circle.

Now you can start changing the unwanted ones and replace them with more empowering habits.
