Affirmations for setting boundaries

  • I am strong

  • I am choosing what to accept as true and what not - there is no-one and no-thing that I allow to have power over my feelings and actions

  • I am capable of thinking, doing and being everything that is needed to achieve what I want

  • I am taking care of myself. It is easy for me to take care of my mental, spiritual and physical body.

  • I am putting myself first. Taking care of myself is of utmost importance.

  • I am trusting in the benevolence of the universe. Knowing that even if I do not understand some things now, the universe has my back and is acting in my favor. I am taken care of, with every experience I make.
