Affirmations for Selflove and Appreciation

The first thing that comes to mind if you think about self-love is finding a way to relate to yourself, like you would relate with others, like you would treat your best friend.

You would never be so criticizing or so harsh as you might be when you talk with yourself, like in your mind.

How you criticize yourself is different from how you speak with a friend.

So if we think about self-love, what I find, it's very easy if we think of ourselves as a good friend.

How would we treat that friend? What would you tell him if there has happened something, if he wasn't able to communicate the way he wanted, or if, like, he needed to do something, or she needed to do something, and just wasn't able to communicate?

How would you treat them?

You would be very compassionate, very kind, very encouraging, most likely. Are you doing this to yourself as well?

That's something that you could maybe.

Think about and find a new way of communicating with yourself in a way that is respectful and that it's empowering and motivating.

This is where Affirmations come in.

Affirmations are nothing new, but still a beautiful and potent way to repattern your thoughts and find a new way of connecting and communicating with yourself.

Below you find some of my favorite affirmations for selflove and care:

  • I am confident. I feel safe in my body.

  • I trust myself fully. I deeply know that I am capable of doing all the things I wish.

  • I am in charge of how my life unfolds. I embrace the power of my divine being and take responsibility for my vibration, attitude and action.

  • Whatever I experience is meant to be. Everything just is.

  • I am responsibile for how I perceive my experiences.

  • I am able to put on any perspective I want and I commit to choosing to take on an empowered point of view.

  • My life is light and easy. I am able to relax and grow every day. I am grateful for all the beliefs that I carried until know, still I am consciously choosing to let go of limiting beliefs. From now on I am committing to choosing my wellbeing first.

  • I embrace confidence and faith in myself.

  • I feel the abundant support from the universe.

  • I am on a beautiful journey of self-discovery and growth.

  • My uniqueness is my strength, and I embrace it fully.

  • I release all self-doubt and step into my confidence.

  • I trust in my intuition to guide me on the right path.

  • I am worthy of love, respect, and success.

  • I am a powerful co-creator of my reality.

  • I am worthy of self-love and self-care.

  • I am a channel for divine love and light.

  • I am a magnet for supportive and loving relationships.

  • I trust the timing of my awakening journey.

  • I am a beautiful and unique expression of the universe.

  • I am at peace with my past, present, and future.

  • I listen to the whispers of my soul with an open heart.
